Comprehensive Winter Service Packages

Our Winter Service Packages:
Level 1: Platinum
Our highest level of service, designed to maintain the safest possible conditions no matter what winter brings. While no service can guarantee a completely slip-free surface, our team strives for consistent bare and wet pavement using advanced anti-icing and de-icing treatments. We monitor weather conditions 24/7, deploy staff and equipment before slippery conditions develop, and continuously apply surface treatments throughout the day as needed. This package also includes de-icing applications for thaw/freeze conditions to provide maximum protection for employees, customers, and vendors.
Level 2: Gold - Strategic Deicing
Designed for businesses that require targeted de-icing throughout the day, this package includes continuous weather monitoring and strategic applications during high-traffic times—before opening, at lunch, and during the end-of-day rush. Snow accumulations over 1 inch will be plowed, while lighter snowfalls will be managed with de-icing treatments as needed.
Level 3: Silver - Morning and Afternoon Clearing
Ideal for commercial customers looking for reliable but cost-effective winter maintenance. Our team monitors overnight conditions and ensures snow over 2 inches is plowed before opening hours. One additional anti-icing or de-icing treatment may be applied later in the day if conditions require it.

Preseason Planning & Preparation
Our preseason process begins in the summer to ensure a smooth transition into winter. Contracts are prepared early, allowing us to conduct a thorough site walk-through to identify and address potential hazards such as fire hydrants, curbing, and manhole covers. We mark prioritized areas for snow removal, designate snow placement zones, and establish equipment storage locations. Any drainage issues that could lead to freeze/thaw hazards are carefully reviewed and addressed to prevent ice buildup.
A customized site map is then designed specifically for your business. This detailed plan marks designated areas for plowing, graveling, and de-icing, ensuring precise application. Anti-icing and de-icing surfaces are measured for accurate treatment, snow movement is strategically planned, and pedestrian pathways are highlighted to maintain safe access.
Once the plan is finalized, execution begins. Properties are clearly marked for efficient navigation, equipment is prepped and staged, and spreaders are calibrated for precise de-icing applications. Plow routes are carefully mapped and assigned to ensure effective snow removal throughout the season.
By planning ahead, we help businesses stay operational, minimize risks, and maintain safe, accessible properties all winter long.
